Tapas is the name of a wide variety of appetisers, or snacks, in Spanish cuisine. The Met has taken this style and evolved it to include various homemade delights often using local Ventnor Bay seafood and various tasty dishes from around the world. These include cold dishes such as olives, mixed salamis, cheeses and stuffed baby peppers or hot dishes like lamb meat balls in tomato and basil sauce, baby back ribs in hoi-sin and greenlip mussels in garlic butter.

We pride ourselves on our home-made special tapas, a selection of which are listed below. These feature local seafood as well as our client's most popular choices.

Rather than one dish, order a variety of tapas and combine them to make a full meal.
